Nicaraguan farm-house inspired guest house with weathered Spanish tile roof and native wood cladding contrasts with luxurious interior finishes, carefully selected to fit the owner’s vision. Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, cozy living spaces and a shaded wrap-around deck, designed and constructed by Santa Ana Madera.

Featuring: salt water and lyme-washed rough-sawn frijolillo siding, Frijjolilllo wood beam porch, custom cabinets with weathered painted finish and handmade decorative concrete tiles.
